Prides Crossing #4 HOA Board Meeting Minutes

Board members in attendance: Karen Wilson, Steph Wallis, Eric Remelius, and Franci Bond.
Homeowners in attendance: None
Meeting called to order at 7:00pm
Officers appointed as follows:
President: Karen Wilson
Vice President: Eric Remelius
Treasurer: Franci Bond
Secretary: Steph Wallis
Meetings:
2nd Thursday of each month. Board will continue with no scheduled meetings in January and July.
Greenbelt:
Rich and Al will serve on the greenbelt committee.
Accounting:
Deb and Franci will work with Lori at Autumn Accounting LLC for a smooth transition from Carl.
Other:
Karen will investigate the proposed bylaws from 2017.
Board will investigate replacement of the fence.
Newsletter will be sent every other month for the remainder of the year with a revamp for 2021. Board would like to include fun things like neighborhood events, recipes, business owners in the neighborhood, and a highlighted bylaw in each issue as a friendly reminder to the community.
Thanksgiving adopt a family within our neighborhood.
Bring back the Christmas light contest. Awarding Visa gift cards of $100, $50, and $25.
