Your HOA fees are due twice per year. We invoice your HOA fees once in April for $125, and once in October for $125. We send out payment reminders only if you do not pay. We start sending these reminders out after a the 15th of the month.
Occasionally, our community needs repairs that are unforeseen. At that time we would email/mail out a special notification going over the timely repairs needed, as well as any cost to you.
Currently, your semi-annual fees are $125, for a total of $250 per year. No pre-payments or advanced payments please.
There are two steps to pay your dues.
First we want you to update your homeowner information.
Second you can choose to pay the standard $125 or you may enter a custom amount. You can pay with all major credit cards.
