*Attention HOA Members*
Our HOA fees are $125.00 due April 1st and October 1st. We send out the invoices in March and September to give our homeowners advance notice. These are the due dates. If we receive your check on the 16th of the month, a late fee of $20.00, plus interest, will be added to your account. Even though your check may be dated the 15th if it is not postmarked by the USPS on the 15th the late fee will be applied.
If for any reason you need assistance with making the full payment, please let us know as we are offering a payment plan that will fit your budget. There is a contract that will need to be signed by you and the president of our HOA. Once we receive your SIGNED contract the agreement will be in effect.

The homeowners’ association (HOA) is designed to create an optimal living experience for all members in a certain community. The HOA achieves this by ensuring a pleasant, collective neighborhood appearance and by regulating the use of community fixtures for safety purposes. Your HOA fees help maintain the quality of life for all community residents and protect homeowners’ property values. Membership in the Prides Crossing #4 HOA is required for the purchase of a property in the subdivision.
