Prides Crossing #4 HOA Board Meeting Minutes
November 7th, 2019
Board members in attendance: Reed Porter, Steph Wallis, Debbie Huizar.
Homeowners in attendance: None
Reed called the meeting to order at 6:31pm
Reed motioned to approve September meeting minutes, Debbie seconded the motion, all board member’s approved.
Charlene resigned.
Block Party:
The block party was a small success and great learning opportunity to do things better in the future, the hope is that it will continue to be an annual event for our community.
Accounting:
After contacting several CPA’s they suggested that there is no need to pay a CPA for a financial review as it would be too expensive given the size of our HOA, and the HOA would do better to create a finance review committee to review the books themselves.
The board entered an executive session at 6:45pm
Meeting adjourned at 7:00pm.
