Prides Crossing #4 HOA Board Meeting Minutes
May 2nd, 2019
Board members in attendance: Reed Porter, Steph Wallis, Debbie Huizar, Charlene Stratton, and Karen Wilson.
Homeowners in attendance: Rich Roberts, Chris Kelly, Mary Kelly, Larry Edwardson, Chris Edwardson and Sue Ann Reeves.
Reed called the meeting to order at 6:30pm
Re Community Events:
Dumpster day: June 8th
Garage Sale: May 31st/June 1st. Check when Prides Crossing Master is having theirs.
Re Greenbelt:
Payment to Hawkins Bro’s for maintenance was paid last week.
Flower bed-HOA’s responsibility to plant and care for.
Hawkins Bro’s will turn on sprinklers.
Re Policy:
A new bill was passed, and we need a policy to protect personal information. Check with DORA for a template.
Re Communication:
Packets need sent out for annual meeting by July 8th. Check postage cost.
Annual meeting is August 8th
Re HOA Dues:
Only about 40% of homeowners still need to pay.
Reed will check with the HOA’s accountant re refunds for homeowners.
Re Architectural Review Committee:
The committee has been receiving and responding to homeowners’ requests.
Open Floor:
What can be done about unsightly backyards?
If it can be seen from the street or your lot, then yes, you can complain.
