Prides Crossing #4 HOA Board Meeting Minutes
March 5th, 2020
Board members in attendance: Reed Porter, Steph Wallis, and Debbie Huizar.
Homeowners in attendance: None
Reed called the meeting to order at 6:31pm
Steph motioned to approve November and February meeting minutes, Debbie seconded the motion, all
members approved.
Greenbelt:
Debbie motioned to accept Hawkins Brothers Bid for lawn care services, Reed seconded the motion, all members approved. Bid is the same as last year, $8,185.00.
Reed will get quote re sanding and staining the fence.
Newsletter:
Newsletter will be sent out on a bi-monthly basis.
Accounting:
Debbie will follow up with Carl to make sure he has been more detail oriented with our account in lieu of seeking new accounting services at this time.
Reed made a transfer of $5,198.60 to the reserve fund as per 2019-2020 budget.
