Tom Iowa called meeting to order at 6:30
Reviewed minutes from November meeting. Al moved the minutes be approved, Suann seconded and minutes were approved.
Have 4 of the 9 HOA policies to approve.
Statements for Spring HOA dues will include notice that HOA dues will increase 15% in October 2018. Also, need phone number and email for all homeowners.
Any homeowner owing $200 or more will be sent to collections.
Lighting Contest in December:
1st place- 4844 Tower Way ($150)
2nd place- 18555 E Saratoga ($100)
3rd place- 4787 Zeno ($50)HOA is not required to be audited this year because we hired a new accounting agency and they did a 100% and it all was above board.
Jesse and Jazmine Gatewood were invited to be on the HOA board. Jazmine agreed. Suann made the motion and Al seconded it.
Dumpster days will be May 18 (4 dumpsters) & 19 (2 dumpsters), 2018. Rich will email residents for suggestions for placement of dumpsters.
