Prides Crossing #4 HOA Board Meeting Minutes
February 7th, 2019
Board members in attendance: Reed Porter, Steph Wallis, Debbie Huizar, Charlene Stratton, and Melissa
Burzell.
Homeowners in attendance: Rich Roberts.
Reed called the meeting to order at 6:33pm
Re Communication:
Charlene informed that survey postcards had been mailed out Monday. There is some interest in a newsletter via email. HOA website reflects that board meetings are the first Thursday of each month.
Re Finance:
The board reviewed the Profit and Loss statement. HOA dues will increase 15% October 2019 to $106.47.
Re Community events:
Dumpster/trash day May?
3 dumpsters, 1 shredder?
9:00am – 12:00pm on a Saturday?
Community Yard Sale:
Around Father’s Day?
Charlene motioned to approve December meeting minutes with modifications to wording re future special assessments. Debbie 2nd the motion, all approved.
Re Greenbelt/Fence:
Contact insurance company again re a possible hail damage claim. Ask Steve to investigate sprinkler updates.
Re Enforcement of Covenants Revision:
Charlene motioned to approve, Melissa 2nd, all approved.
Open floor:
Rich discussed Aurora’s snow removal policy.
