Prides Crossing #4 HOA Board Meeting Minutes
December 10, 2020
Board members in attendance: Karen Wilson, Steph Wallis, Franci Bond, and Eric Remelius.
Homeowners in attendance: Rich Roberts.
Karen called the meeting to order at 7:02pm
Steph motioned to approve November meeting minutes, Eric seconded the motion, all board member’s
approved.
Greenbelt:
Rich volunteered to be on the fence committee. Karen will get Rich information on getting bids to replace the fence soon. Waiting on bids from landscape companies.
Community Events:
Food Truck Fridays. The board will compile a list of vendors and a calendar of which Friday’s food trucks will be in the neighborhood. They will be parked near Aqua Vista Park.
Christmas Light Contest:
3 homes have registered so far. All info and voting will be put on the HOA website.
Christmas Toy Shop:
Sunday the 13th from 12:00pm-4:00pm. Set up Saturday at 10:00am. Eric will be our Santa.
Newsletter:
Create a new template for 2021. Add fun things for the neighborhood, i.e., food truck Friday’s.
Add a section of HOA Covenants and Aurora City Codes.
Accounting:
Homeowners are still missing invoices. The board is working with our new accountant to get current account statements to all homeowners.
February Agenda:
Create a master calendar of events for the year, i.e., dumpster day, yard sale weekend etc.
Next Meeting:
February 11th, 2021 @ 7:00pm via Zoom.
