HOA BOD MONTHLY MEETING
SEPTEMBER 29, 2022
CALL TO ORDER
Board Member Rich Roberts called the meeting to order at 7:43 pm.
Karen Wilson nominated Rich Roberts for President of the Prides Crossing HOA, seconded by Mary Kelley and approved unanimously.
Rich Roberts nominated Chris Kelley for Vice President, seconded by Karen Wison and approved unanimously.
Rich Roberts nominated Mary Kelley for Treasurer, seconded by Chris Kelley and approved unanimously.
Rich Roberts nominated Linda Dechow Ramer for Secretary, seconded by Mary Kelley and approved unanimously.
Rich Roberts nominated Karen Wilson for Board Member, seconded by Mary Kelley and approved unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
Rich Roberts will work with the web site for the HOA. Rich requested $130.00 for a new track phone. Approved by a unanimous vote. Rich requested $50.00 per quarter for verified software to track addresses for returned mail. Approved by a unanimous vote.
Karen Wilson volunteered to be Overseer of the Architectural Committee. Approved by unanimous vote.
The Board discussed the time-frame for posting of the Board minutes. All minutes are created as an initial draft. 10-day turnaround for the draft to be created for approval of the Board prior to the upcoming meeting. Subsequently, the approved minutes are posted.
The dues increase for Prides Crossing #4 HOA will be on hold for the upcoming billing on October 1, 2022, and the April billing in 2023.
Rich is investigating a new accounting firm. His results will be discussed at the upcoming meeting in October.
There was a discussion regarding the snow removal company. Rich will discuss the services and present his conclusions for approval at the October meeting.
There was a general discussion regarding homeowner’s responsibility making architectural changes. There is clarification regarding our properties, and their condition in the Bylaws. The Bylaws are on the pridescrossing#4 website and can be downloaded and reviewed. If architectural changes are requested, please complete the form online.
The Board discussed a slide presentation by the HOA attorney to provide State of Co updates. We invite all community members to attend. Information for date and time will be posted on the web site.
Upcoming Prides Crossing regular monthly meetings will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, at 6:30 p.m. Room and date changes will be posted on the web site in advance.
