Due to a lack of quorum for the annual meeting a regular board meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm.
Board members present: Richard Roberts, Chris Kelly, Mary Kelly, Karen Wilson, and Tom Dean.
Homeowners present Nathan McCormick.
Minutes were approved from the previous meeting.
The need for an architectural review committee was discussed and Nathan agreed to serve on it.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm.
