President Rich Roberts, Presiding, called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

DECISIONS
In a review of the accounting and financials for the Prides Crossing #4 HOA, it was discovered that there was suspicious activity during the term of Karen Wilson as President. It was proposed to remove Karen from the BOD. The Board unanimously approved the decision.
Further details will be examined and disclosed.
