HOA BOD MONTHLY MEETING

CALL TO ORDER
President Rich Roberts called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.

OLD BUSINESS
The board approved the minutes of the September 29, 2022 board meeting. Minutes will be posted once the new web site is up and running.
The snow removal in common areas will be handled by Hawkins Bros. The board approved a new contract with Hawkins Bros. for the upcoming year.
Rich has located an accounting firm and the board approved the change.
The board held a general discussion regarding payment plans for community members in arrears, as well as any upcoming dues payments. Mary discussed the handling of checks and payments through the system. Community members are encouraged to discuss any payment issues with the board president. Many payment options are available, and it is the board’s hope to work together with community members to get caught up on any arrears and to assist with concerns.
NEW BUSINESS
The graphics for a new logo for our Pride’s Crossing 4 website was presented and discussed. It has been developed for use on the new website. The new website is in development,, and will be announced when complete. d A new web designer has been introduced to update our web page. There will be further discussion and approval once the web page has been finalized.
Rich will investigate new options for an HOA phone. The track phone is proving problematic, and he has several ideas for a phone that will provide better service. The board approved the use of a new phone for the HOA. Rich also discussed options for a new HOA computer. This purchase was approved by the board.
The secretary was approved a quarterly budget for printing services.
There was a general discussion regarding a Trick or Treat Trunk party. Nothing has been finalized, however and this may be an option for the future.
NEXT MEETING DATE
Thursday, November 10, at 6:30 at the Smoky Hill Library. This meeting date is off schedule from regular meetings due to the elections on November 8.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
