Prides Crossing HOA Board Meeting Minutes March 10, 2022
Board members present: Karen Wilson, Eric Remelius, Franci Bond
Minutes of February 10, 2022 were approved as presented. Eric will post them on the website.
Treasurer’s Report: There is approximately $25,000 dollars outstanding that is due from homeowners.
Outstanding statements were sent out on March 1st. April dues statements will go out April 1, 2022.
Correction: Statements and Invoices were sent out
Autumn Bookkeeping is now doing our settlement letters. The cost is $150 per letter. We charge the
homeowner $300.
Old Business: Fence supplies haven’t been received yet
New Business: None
