Prides Crossing #4 HOA Board Meeting Minutes
March 11, 2021
Board members in attendance: Karen Wilson, Steph Wallis, Franci Bond, and Eric Remelius.
Homeowners in attendance: Rich Roberts, Shannon Crouthers, and Ed Ryan.
Karen called the meeting to order at 7:17pm
Franci motioned to approve February meeting minutes, Steph seconded the motion, all board members approved.
Accounting:
Franci is still working to get into QuickBooks, needs an authentication code. Need to remove the name “Reed” from the account.
PayPal payments are coming in.
Look into switching from PayPal to Venmo for October Dues.
Greenbelt:
Rich has 2 bids. Install possibly in September.
Board will get 3-4 bids for landscaping.
Community Events:
Food trucks were not doing well due to Covid and the cold weather. Board will try to bring them back in May.
Add Shred-It to the dumpster day event.
Questions/Comments/Concerns:
Chickens: Board will speak with the renter to rectify the chicken/rooster issue.

April 8th, 2021 @ 7:00pm via Zoom.
