Pride’s Crossing 4 HOA Monthly Meeting
March 8, 2018, 6:30pm
Members in attendance: Rich, Tom, Mary, Chris, Suann
Meeting was called to order at 6:30.
Guest Speaker from the Aurora Water Department- Diana. Due to high water bills and water usage of the HOA for common area, Rich has requested a water assessment. It is a free report and will address irrigation efficiency. Sprinkler system is 32 years old. Water bills account for a substantial amount of HOA monies. We are on a waiting list and should have assessment in June. The Water Department offers a variety of services and rebates to homeowners.
Minutes from February meeting were reviewed. Tom made a motion to approve them, Mary seconded it, unanimous vote and minutes were approved.
Board members are asked to read the remaining policies (4) for discussion at next meeting.
Chris drafted a letter/statement addressing trash cans being left out in front of homes. All agreed that it looks very good and professional.
Discussion regarding options to address wear and tear that weed eaters put on the fence in the common area. Mary made the motion and Tom seconded it, unanimous vote to have Hawkins Brothers rock 12” off of fence line, kill off grass, install landscape fabric and roll top galvanized edging. Cost is $800.
Hawkins Brothers sent an estimate for Summer/Fall services for HOA common areas. Mary made a motion, Chris seconded it, unanimous vote to approve the estimate.
Dumpster Days will be Friday and Saturday, May 18/19. We are getting the dumpsters through Elite. Rich had signs made and these will be posted within the HOA the week of.
Meeting adjourned at 7:47. Mary moved meeting to adjourn, Tom seconded it, unanimous vote. Next meeting on Wednesday, April 11.
