Board Members in Attendance: Richa Roberts, Chris Kelly, Mary Kelly and Karen Wilson. Absent Tom Dean

Homeowners: Charles Benjamin, Robert Larson, Sean Licnota, Danny Valdez, and Keith Cob
Rich called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm
Minutes were approved as presented
Rich called upon the homeowners for their input and concerns. These included the new fence, incorrect and inaccurate billing. Rich explained many of the issues are coming from errors within Quickbooks software and the board is looking at alternatives.
The board went into executive session at 7:45 and adjourned at 8:10
