Meeting called to order by Rich at 6:30
HOA needs a regular cell phone for business use. Rich has checked into this.
Introductions made for a homeowner- Diana Rushin. She expressed concerns over some neighborhood issues, especially neighbors who do not pick up their trash.
HOA board recommended that she contact City of Aurora and/or Access Aurora
Discussion regarding Dumpster Day. It will either be 2 days (Friday and Saturday). Rich has quotes.
Discussed allowable items for Dumpster. No chemicals. Homeowners can call the Boy Scouts for picking up chemicals.
Information on Dumpster Day will be on April’s bill. Near the date of the day, signs will be posted within the HOA boundaries.
Concern regarding the fence in the common area. The bottom of the fence is being cut from weed eating. Rich discussed this with Hawkins Brothers. They offered several solutions. Rich is researching the options and will bring more information to the March meeting.
Discussion regarding water bill. HOA will have water assessment to provide ideas for more efficient watering of Common Area.
Discussion regarding homeowners keeping their trash cans behind the fence.
