HOA BOARD MONTHLY MEETING
FEBRUARY 10, 2022
Called to order 6:30pm
Attendees:
Karen Wilson, Eric Remelius, Franci Bond
Old Business:
Santa’s Workshop was a great success. The few items left were given to another family.
New Business:
Communication with the accountant, Lori, has been a challenge and we haven’t determined why email is not getting through. We will schedule a phone meeting next week with Lori to discuss two requests:
A special off-cycle statement because a significant amount is past due
That she take over preparation of settlement letters and communicate them directly with the title company or home owner and c/c the board
We received notice from the City of Aurora with water time restrictions, we will comply.
Spring is coming and we will get quotes are greenbelt maintenance and tree trimming.
Karen to follow-up with fence company for update. Final payment due in a few weeks.
Board meeting are not required monthly, only semi-annually. Will change to meetings on even numbered months only.
Financial Report:
$4500 is past due from homeowners. This is why off-cycle statements are needed. Funds needed to make the final fence payment.
We have had no mail for several weeks. Franci to make best efforts to determine why and correct.
