Prides Crossing #4 HOA Board Meeting Minutes
August 8th, 2018
Meeting called to order at 9:25pm.
Board positions were voted on as follows,
Reed Porter: President
Karen Wilson: Vice President
Steph Wallis: Secretary
Matthew Hill: Treasurer
Per Damien: DO NOT USE YOUR PERSONAL EMAIL!
Reed will create 4 more gmail accounts to cover all 11 board members.
Tonight’s meeting WILL count as our first official board meeting.
Board members agree to meet on the second Thursday of each month.
Rich informed us that there is currently no contract for the fence.
Board agreed that the status of the fence is "under review."
Steve will get bids re fence repair.
Meeting adjourned at 9:40pm.
