Prides Crossing #4 HOA Board Meeting Minutes
April 19, 2023
Board members in attendance: Rich Roberts, Chris Kelly, Mary Kelly and Tom Dean
Homeowners in attendance: Karen Wilson, Kim and Ron Sopoci and Ken
Rich called the meeting to order at 6:30pm
Chris motioned to approve May meeting minutes,Tom seconded the motion, all board member’s approved.
Karen discussed her removal from the HOA board in November, requested the November special meeting minutes be removed from the web page and requested to be placed back on the board. It was moved and seconded that Karen be appointed as Secretary to the board. All board members approved.
Garage Sale
It was decided to have the annual garage sale on the weekend of June 2nd - 4th.
Other Community Events
It was decided due to cost and previous lack of particiaption not to hold a shredding event or Christmas lighting contest.
The board went into executive session at 7:00 pm and the board meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm
The next meeting will be held on June 14, 2023 at 6:30 pm Smoky Hill Library
